Governance Board
The Bio-1 Governance Board meets quarterly and provides overall strategic direction to the Bio-1 WIRED region. The composition of the leadership group was chosen carefully to include participation by all of the critical sectors including the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development; major area colleges, universities, medical schools, and community colleges; K-12 education; industry associations; venture capitalists; statewide economic development organizations, individual biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies; and workforce investment boards.
Each month, Bio-1's e-newsletter, Bio-1 Buzz will feature a spotlight on a member of the Bio-1 Governance Board -- read more by clicking on the newsletter issue date.
