Teachers: Upcoming Webinars Show How to Use New Bioscience Careers Curriculum

The John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development, in partnership with Bio-1, is offering FREE professional development hours for teachers in science and mathematics departments on careers in the biosciences.

To learn more about how to teach your students about  different career families in the biosciences and the educational requirements needed to pursue them, please join us for a 30-minute webinar that provides the insight and materials you need today for the classroom tomorrow. The content of the webinar is drawn from the New Jersey Biosciences Careers Curriculum and was developed in partnership with the Biology Teachers Association of New Jersey.  

Participation is FREE but registration is required. Participants will receive one professional development credit for participation from the Heldrich Center at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and all materials included in the webinar will be available for download free of charge.
